ROCM is the most common type of Mucormycosis and it can rapidly spread from paranasal sinuses to orbit brain which be fatal in patients. Diabetes mellitus risk factor India. As invasive fungal diseases present with nonspecific clinical features, increasing awareness education among clinicians about this deadly enemy very crucial for early diagnosis prompt initiation appropriate therapy. We are reporting a case study on Diabetic patient caused by species along short review taxonomy, factors, pathogenesis, forms, management mucormycosis. hope that will help expanding medical community mucormycosis lethal opponent patients Mellitus.

The typical clinical features, neuroimaging and histological findings are highlighted in this report. Amphotericin B and surgical debridement remain the mainstay of treatment.
